Franjo Builders is an affiliate of Franjo Construction. Franjo Builders’ legacy begins in 1980 with the incorporation of GSD Contracting in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The team built a solid foundation and was recognized by The South Florida Business Journal as one of the top 25 commercial contractors in the market. This all lead to the ultimate acquisition of GSD, now known as Franjo Builders. A major contributor to the development of South Florida, Franjo Builders offers general contracting services in all commercial markets. Second Mile currently provides certified flaggers and safety professionals along the FEC corridor for the Brightline expansion project. Second Mile also has certified flaggers in place at construction projects, flagging pedestrians and equipment. In addition, Second Mile was heavily involved in the private sector's COVID-19 response. Second Mile executed over 30,000 COVID tests in the private sector ranging from professional sports teams, universities, country clubs and private events.
