Formcrete, a full-service Shell Contractor began in 2004 – built by Roman Piloto, the President, and Owner, as a turn-key structural shell contracting company based in South Florida who understands that dealing with go-betweens is not the way he wanted his business to operate. ​ From the beginning, Roman and his team knew the hands-on approach with clients where the fundamental values that would guide and inspire the company to grow to what it is today.
