The company launched in 1969, when Eduardo Rodriguez, Sr. began building custom homes in South Florida as a full-service general contractor. When finding qualified shell contractors became a challenge, Eduardo Sr. took matters into his own hands and self-performed on his own concrete structures. This decision accelerated the company’s growth and resulted in a reputation for dedication, quality, and pride in the finished project.
